The VNH7100BASTR is a fully integrated H-bridge motor driver for automotive applications. This is a full-bridge motor driver that can be used in a variety of automotive applications. A dual monolithic high-side driver and two low-side switches are included in the device.
Both switches are built using STMicroelectronics' unique VIPower? M0 technology, which enables for the efficient integration of a genuine Power MOSFET with intelligent signal/protection circuitry on the same chip. The three dies are mounted on electrically isolated lead frames in a SO-16N package.
