High-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor arrays make up the ULQ2003AQDRQ1 devices. Each is made up of seven npn Darlington pairs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads and high-voltage outputs. A single Darlington pair has a collector-current rating of 500 mA. In order to increase current capability, the Darlington pairs can be paralleled.
