UC2950TG3 Overview
Tube is used for packaging.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the TO-220-5 package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 8V~35V.In Through Hole, H bridge circuit is mounted.A normal operation of -20°C~100°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are General Purpose.Mount the board using Through Hole.5V Regulated Output is one of full bridges specific characteristics.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 5 terminations are employed.In a signal interface, the 5 pins serve as pronged contacts.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of UC2950 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 12V.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 4A.Output and power supply pins have a current of 4A.The 3 pins of this bridge driver work together to allow it to perform its specific functions.It is calculated that the Hbridge releases 3V volts.In the system, 2 drivers are integrated.
