In order to increase flexibility, the package PDIP is used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.It's configured with 8 terminations.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.On the board, there are 8 component pins.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 16V.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4.5V must be applied.
