FIFO memory chip is included in the 132-BQFP Bumpered package.Tray case is used for packaging.In addition to storing applications and data, the FIFO chips have a memory of 2.25K 64 x 36 .It is recommended that the temperature of the system be regulated to 0°C~70°C for reliable operation.It is mounted in the Surface Mount position.Operation is based on a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V .The 74ABT series comprises this memory logic.It has a maximum operating supply current of 130mA .A supply voltage of 5V allows for high efficiency.FIFO means contains a total of 132 terminations.This gadget can also generate PARITY GENERATOR/CHECKER; MAILBOX .It is set to 5.5V volts for the FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage.To ensure normal operation, make sure the supply voltage (Vsup) is above 4.5V .
