In this package, Tube is used.H bridge is included in the 33-PowerDIP (1.307, 33.20mm) Exposed Pad package as a cost-saving measure.In addbridge driverion, 13.5V~16.5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.In Through Hole, H bridge circuit is mounted.A normal operation of 125°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including AC Motors.Through Hole is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.Full bridge also possesses Auto Restart, Bootstrap Circuit as a specific characteristic.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.When the ambient temperature reaches 30A, the power supply will provide the maximum load current possible.
