SA303HU Overview
Tube is used for packaging.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 44-BSSOP (0.433, 11.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.When -25°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose, Solenoids.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 44 terminations.With a supply voltage of 5V, H bridge circuit operates.The analog IC type is BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the Apex Precision Power? series.An ambient temperature of 10A enables a power supply to provide a maximum load current.
