ODD-15WB Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 60V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 60V. The photodiode will operate at 4nA current even in the absence of light input.
