MC14051BDR2G Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 8:1 represents the number of circuits. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
