In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*404.Through Hole is the way it takes to mount the device.In the device, there are 8 pins.With a supply voltage of 18V, it is designed to operate.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.Components with 8 pins are available.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 4A.Setting the operating supply voltage to 35V is recommended.
