ISL8843AABZ-T Overview
As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 9V~30V. Suitable for a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 2MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Frequency Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
