ISL6522CR-T Overview
With its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 10.8V~13.2V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 200kHz with this switching controller.
