FX021 Overview
To package H bridge, use Tape & Reel (TR).The 8-PowerVFDFN package includes H bridge to save money.Based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~150°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.H bridge motor driver has many applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation as a specific characteristic.8 terminations are used to terminate transmission lines with H bridges that match their characteristic impedance.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 8 pins are used.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of FX02 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.H bridge circuit has been incorporated with SWITCHING REGULATOR as its analog IC type.This is an electronic H-bridge of the NexFET? series.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 60A.Additionally, H-bridge is capable of providing ULTRA LOW QUIESCENT (ULQ) CURRENT MODE.
