FDMF8700 Overview
For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.The 56-PowerWFQFN Module package includes H bridge to save money.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 6.4V~13.5V by increasing the supply voltage.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.As long as -55°C~150°C TJ operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit.Signal interfaces use 56 pins as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, FDMF8700, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related.An ambient temperature of 65A determines the maximum load current that a power supply can deliver.Currently, 30A current flows through the output and power supply pins.The Hbridge has 1 outputs.
