The Infineon BTN8962TAAUMA1 is a high-current integrated half-bridge IC. PAR TO263-7 MOTOR DRIVER Half Bridge Driver DC Motors, General Purpose DMOS PG-TO263-7 Half Bridge Motor Driver Automotive 8-Pin(7+Tab) BTN8962TAAUMA1 is a Half Bridge Driver DC Motors, General Purpose DMOS PG-TO263-7 TRILITH IC / NOVALITH IC TO-263 T/R Motor / Motion / Ignition Controllers & Drivers One p-channel high-side MOSFET and one n-channel low-side MOSFET with an integrated driver IC make up the NovalithICTM series. Because the P-channel high-side switch eliminates the requirement for a charge pump, EMI is reduced. The integrated driver IC makes connecting to a microcontroller simple, with logic level inputs, current sense diagnosis, slew rate adjustment, dead time creation, and protection against over temperature, under voltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit. The BTN8962TAAUMA1 is a cost-effective solution for protected high-current PWM motor drives that uses very little board space.
