ADG734BRUZ Overview
Presented in 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. A total of 20 terminations have been recorded. Due to its 4 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. Powered by a 2.5V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 20 pins. Based on SPDT switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. Try searching with ADG734 if you're looking for variants. There is 4.5Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. You can find the functions of the 20 pins in the datasheets. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.8V. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 1nA. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 2.5V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 2.25V should be attached. There are 160MHz bandwidths for data transfer. Drain to Source resistance is 4.5Ohm. The analogue multiplexer has 8 outputs.
