For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This package uses the Tray packaging method. Its Stereo Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance -25°C~85°C permits it to function normally. It consists of 2 / 2 ADCs/ DACs. Supply voltage is 1.8V~3.65V for the analog circuit. There is a supply voltage of 1.63V~3.65V provided to the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 32 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. It has a configuration of 32 pins. There is a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V supported by it.
