XRP6658ISTR-F Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.5MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. The output current of 1A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V for operation.
