An interesting 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used for this.Packaging for the external use of Tube.Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using OTP.With a voltage of 3V~3.6V, it is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 2Mb bytes.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 20 terminations.Using this memory device with a maximum voltage of 3.6V is possible.Minimum voltage 3V is required for the device to work.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.Reflow soldering should be done at 225°C maximum.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.There is a set of 20 pins that are included with the part.
