VEMD2523SLX01 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. 2 is the number of pins on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. Photodiodes are supposed to operate at 1V voltage. As a result of reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes are capable of supplying 60V voltage. There is 1nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
