VEMD2003X01 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD packages in order to protect them from damage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 60V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes may be able to release 215mW heat. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 32V. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1V. As a result of reverse bias, the photodiodes could produce voltages of 60V. A photodiode conducts 1nA current without light input.
