Its 48-TQFP Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.This configuration includes 6 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 10V~60V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.CMOS is used as its input type.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 85V.
