TLE4941-1-HT Overview
Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Box (TB) package contains the switches. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in 2-SIP, SSO-2-2 packages. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 16.8mA as its maximum current. For the magnetic switches, 150°C is the maximum operating temperature. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the operating temperature should not fall below -40°C.
