TLE4923HALA1 Overview
A protective Tape & Box (TB) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in 3-SIP, SSO-3-06 packages. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 13.6mA. Switches have 3 pins for operation. For the magnetic switches, a maximum operating temperature of 190°C may be set. To ensure that this magnetic switch functions properly, the operating temperature should not be greater than -40°C.
