TESP5700 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, Side View packages. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 215mW heat. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. Getting current to flow across a photodiode requires the voltage 1.3V. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 60V voltages. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 1nA current.
