SMD2420-021 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in CSMD packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 50V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 50V. Photodiodes have pins 2. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 125mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 125°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -55°C. ?Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 50V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 5nA current.
