SI8513-C-GM Overview
In order to provide safety protection, the current sensors are packaged in 12-VFQFN packages. Current sensors are packaged in Tube in order to avoid damage to the devices. They should be capable of supplying a maximum current of 7mA. Sensors should supply a current below 7mA. Ensure that the operating temperature of the current sensor is not lower than -40°C. The current sensors should remain at 125°C for the maximum operating temperature. For current sensors, 20A is the current of interest. A current sensor like this has 12 pins. During operation, the current sensors may provide 5.5V voltage.
