It comes in a 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 1.8V~6V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 280kHz~1.08MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Frequency Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
