An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in 4-SMD, Flat Leads packages. A magnetic switch with good performance can deliver 8μA as its maximum current. Magnet switches must be able to output 2mA current.
