An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 20μA as the maximum current. The maximum current for magnetic switches should be 2mA to be output.
