QSD2030F Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Within the circuit, photodiodes are capable of releasing 100mW heat. Photodiodes should release 100mW heat in a circuit. With reverse voltage of 50V, the photodiodes can work properly. Current must flow across a photodiode at 1.3V voltage. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 10nA current.
