There is greater flexibility with the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tube represents the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.It's configured with 10 terminations.The number of component pins is 10.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 36V.The analog IC of the device is SWITCHING CONTROLLER.
