PDV-C173SM Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-SMD, No Lead packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 60V over a continuous period of time. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 4nA current.
