PDU-S102 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 20V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 20V. A photodiode occurs even at 10pA current without light input.
