PDU-C107 Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. The photodiodes are put into 2-DIP Module packages for safety protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 30V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 30V in reverse-bias mode. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 50nA current.
