PDR-V463-46 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. Without light, a photodiode has 150pA current.
