PDI-V488-46 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 150pA current even without light input.
