PDB-V216F Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Array - 16 Element packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 50V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 50V on a continuous basis. The current in a photodiode is 1nA even when there is no light input.
