PDB-C612-3 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 75nA.
