PDB-C612-1 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tray. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Die packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. A continuous voltage of 75V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. The current in a photodiode is 75nA even when there is no light input.
