PDB-C603-3 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 75V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 3nA current without light input.
