PDB-C201 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. Photodiodes should operate at a breakdown voltage of 75V. Photodiodes exhibit 500pA current even in the absence of light input.
