PDB-C165 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, No Lead packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. It's important to have 75V breakdown voltage to make photodiodes work. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 1nA current.
