PDB-C156 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 50V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 50V on a continuous basis. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 75V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 2nA even without light input.
