PDB-C140 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should be maintained for the photodiodes. It's important to have 75V breakdown voltage to make photodiodes work. There is 10nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
