PDB-C122 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tray. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-SMD, No Lead packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 75V. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 500pA current.
