PDB-C107 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 100V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -40°C. Photodiodes should function properly if the breakdown voltage is 100V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 150nA current.
