PDB-C104-L Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 100V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 100V permanently. The photodiode will operate at 150pA current even in the absence of light input.
