PD3122F Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tube for protection. Photodiodes are protected by SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 30V continuously. Pins 6 are present on the photodiodes. During the operation of photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 85°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -25°C for the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
