OVM6211-RADA Overview
BGA - Module packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 1.8V 2.8V. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Tray in order to prevent damage to them. Image sensors should be set to 70°C for maximum operating temperature. The temperature of the image sensor should, however, not be lower than -30°C.
